How to get your Instagram data

This tool only needs your Followers and following data. Requesting just this specific category from Instagram will be much faster.

  1. Go to Instagram's Download your information page.
  2. Select your Instagram profile and click Next.
  3. Choose "Select types of information".
  4. Scroll to Connections and select only Followers and following. Click Next.
  5. Set the format to JSON and click "Start export".
  6. Once you receive the ZIP file, drop it here to begin.
